I needed a sliver with infect. Sorry Virulent Sliver, you're only halfway there. I also wanted it to be blue, and the new slivers are limiting their abilities to slivers owner controls, so broken much? Yes, this card is a rare. Anyway, for some reason, I couldn't actually upload the card image I made on Magic Set Editor 2, but here is the way the card reads:
